| Texas Enterprise Zone Program |
The Texas Enterprise Zone Program was developed to promote job creation and
capital investment in economically distressed areas of the state. |
| Defense Economic Readjustment Zone Program |
The Defense Economic Readjustment Zone Program (DERZ) was developed to
provide assistance to Texas communities that are impacted by closure or
realignment of military installations and/ or the reduction of federal defense
contracting expenditures. |

| Texas Enterprise Fund |
The 78th Texas Legislature established the TExas Enterprise Fund (TEF) in
2003 to provide financial resources to help strengthen the State's
economy. |
| Industrial Revenue Bond |
The State of Texas Industrial Revenue Bond Program (IRB) is desinged to
provide tax-exempt or taxable financing for eligible industrial or manufacturing
projects as defined in the Development Corporation Act of 1979. |
| Texas Industry Development Loan (TID) |
The Texas Industry Development Loan Program provides capital to Texas
communities at favorable market rates. The main objectve of TID is to support
projects that will stimulate the creation of jobs. |
| Texas Leverage Fund |
The Texas Leverage Fund provides an additional source of financing to
communities that have adopted an econo0mic devvelopment sales tax. |
| Emerging Technology Fund |
The Emerging Technology Fund was created by the Texas Legislature in 2005 to
provide Texas with an unparalleled advantage in the research, development, and
commercialization of emerging technologies. |
| Product Development Fund |
The Product Development Fund provides financing to aid in the development
production and commercialization of new or improved productes within the
state. |
| Small Business Fund |
The Small Business Fund provides financing to foster and stimulate the
development of small businesses in Texas. |
